Back to Action is an exercise program designed for people with axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA).
It has been created by physiotherapists and exercise therapists working with National Axial Spondyloarthritis Society (NASS).
You can do these exercises in the gym or at home as part of your daily routine.
Please note: the exercises illustrated in 'Back to Action' may not be suitable for everyone with advanced axSpA. Consultation with a health professional is recommended before commencement.
The Back to Action exercise program has two parts:

Back to Action part 1 covers mobility, cardiovascular, strength, flexibility and breathing exercises.
